Welcome to your Sub-district Page, North Brandon! My name is Nick R.; I am an alcoholic and your District Committee Member, or DCM. The purpose of my position is to serve you! There’s no authority in my title, as is par for the course in AA – you only become more of a servant the longer you’re around. I’ve held this position for a year, and look forward to serving you in 2011 as the DCM position is a 2-year commitment.

In the last year I have been able to get a few contacts, and a few GSRs from you, been  invited not only to attend, but also to speak on service and share in your discussions, and also to be involved in quarterly meetings. All of this has made the Unity of AA a very real thing for me, as an organization that you and I are truly a part of. It has been an honor to be the messenger of your voice at the Area level, and to answer your questions on traditions, how to better serve your groups through our district committees, and how to use district resources to help carry your messages to the still suffering alcoholics that come into our meetings everyday.

Again, as I’ve said to you before, if any of you have any questions regarding how to get involved at the district level, what the district does and can do for your group, or any questions in general regarding our traditions, concepts, service structure, group inventory, or committee information, I would love to help you.

Feel free to contact me; I look forward to your emails. My contact email as DCM of Sub-district A, District 2, is a-brandonnorth@district2tampaaa.org. Thank you!

In Love and Service,

Nick R.
